Luciano Romano, el querellante, asegur\u00f3 en dialogo con MUY CRITICO que buscar\u00e1 una pena ejemplar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Tras m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o de investigaci\u00f3n, la Justicia solicit\u00f3 juicio contra Sebasti\u00e1n Juan Albornoz, de 27 a\u00f1os de edad, como autor de los delitos de lesiones grav\u00edsimas contra las v\u00edctimas del accidente en Avenida Paraguay. Cabe recordar que este execrable sujeto ya est\u00e1 condenado por una causa de narcotr\u00e1fico y si bien la pena que le podr\u00eda caber por el siniestro vial no le sumaria los a\u00f1os \u201calgebraicamente\u201d, agravar\u00eda su situaci\u00f3n ante la justicia.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s est\u00e1n imputados David Maximiliano L\u00f3pez y Norma Alejandra D\u00edaz, quienes viajaban como acompa\u00f1antes del ebrio que iba al volante y fueron acusados como coautores del delito de encubrimiento de los delitos de lesiones grav\u00edsimas y lesiones graves.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe recalcar que la tragedia en Avenida Paraguay se produjo en noviembre de 2023, cuando Albornoz embisti\u00f3 violentamente a la pareja que se encontraba cruzando dicha v\u00eda de circulaci\u00f3n junto al carrito con el que vend\u00edan sandwiches.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"instagram-media\" style=\"background: #FFF;
