Es el combo perfecto para que suceda la cat\u00e1strofe en Bah\u00eda Blanca.<\/p>\n<p>Claro que nos tiene que poner alerta porque tambi\u00e9n el Gobierno Nacional a desfinanciado a la provincia y esto ha permitido que por segundo a\u00f1o consecutivo la Secretaria de Recursos H\u00eddricos no pueda planificar con los municipios el plan de m\u00ednima, el cual es garantizar y priorizar las obras para canalizar nuestros r\u00edos, nuestros arroyos.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"instagram-media\" style=\"background: #FFF;
