En la intersecci\u00f3n de la <strong>Avenida H\u00e9roes de la Patria<\/strong> y el pasaje <strong>Cabo Orlando Moya<\/strong>. Esto resulta de la enorme afluencia de veh\u00edculos que conectan la entrada al barrio <strong>El Huaico<\/strong> con una conocida cadena de comidas r\u00e1pidas, la cual mantienen su atenci\u00f3n ilegalmente toda la noche. font-weight: normal; line-height: 17px; text-decoration: none;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/reel\/DfPoH-KxG9T\/?utm_source=ig_embed&amp;utm_campaign=loading\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Una publicaci\u00f3n compartida por Muy Critico (@muycriticodigital)<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"\/\/www.instagram.com\/embed.js\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>Pero resulta que el problema no es solo el tr\u00e1nsito vehicular que se aglomera en esa esquina fatal para la visual de los conductores que converjen por todos los puntos, <strong>tambi\u00e9n las picadas de motos con escapes modificados todas las noches<\/strong> y la juntada de marginales en esa oscuridad que brinda ventajas a los \u201cdealer\u201d, quienes venden al menudeo y se retiran del lugar con la m\u00e1xima impunidad.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18218\" src=\"https:\/\/muycritico.com.ar\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/11\/PASILLOS.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"752\" height=\"429\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pasillos: \u201cba\u00f1os p\u00fablicos\u201d, basureros y marginalidad <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cabe destacar que la Municipalidad adem\u00e1s de los dos potentes leds de ambos lados de la esquina, tambi\u00e9n colocaron dos leds m\u00e1s en cada pasillo hacia adentro del pasaje Cabo Moya.<\/p>\n<p>Esto brinda una panor\u00e1mica total de esos verdaderos aguantaderos, y desalienta la presencia de adictos y delincuentes que por ahora ver\u00e1n obstaculizadas sus intenciones de saltar las tapias e ingresar a los domicilios de esa esquina y el resto de la cuadra, ya que los vecinos tomaron la iniciativa y colocaron enormes portones.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"instagram-media\" style=\"background: #FFF;
