El motivo de su presencia obedece a que en el momento en que se llevaba adelante la investigaci\u00f3n a cargo del juez de instrucci\u00f3n <strong>Martin P\u00e9rez<\/strong>, estos polic\u00edas que hoy debieron asistir a la audiencia, est\u00e1n acusados de haber aplicado tormentos y torturas a Gustavo Lasi y a otros detenidos por entonces.<\/p>\n<p>La audiencia estaba destinada al control de la prueba antes del debate. Sin embargo, los abogados Francisco Mendoza y Osvaldo Rodr\u00edguez solicitaron el sobreseimiento por insubsistencia de la acci\u00f3n penal por afectaci\u00f3n del plazo razonable. Tambi\u00e9n comparecieron Francisco Ariel Tejada y Nelson Ricardo Vilte Laxi, mientras que Daniel Octavio Vilte Laxi no estuvo presente.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe aclarar que no se trat\u00f3 del inicio del debate oral y p\u00fablico sino de una diligencia previa a ese proceso, el cual ser\u00e1 destinado al tribunal que resulte sorteado.
