Se reprodujo material multimedia que resulta vinculante para los acusados.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La Unidad Fiscal integrada por los fiscales penales M\u00f3nica Poma, Leandro Flores y Gabriel Gonz\u00e1lez, representa al Ministerio P\u00fablico Fiscal, en la audiencia de debate contra Adri\u00e1n Guillermo y Carlos Dami\u00e1n Saavedra como coautores del delito de homicidio calificado por alevos\u00eda, ensa\u00f1amiento, criminis causa por el concurso premeditado de dos o m\u00e1s personas y femicidio en perjuicio de Jimena Beatriz Salas.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan consiga FISCALES PENALES, este lunes 29, al reanudarse la audiencia de debate, declar\u00f3 una oficial de Polic\u00eda que en enero de 2017, revistaba en la dependencia de Vaqueros y tuvo actuaci\u00f3n como oficial de servicio tras el reporte de la muerte de Jimena Salas.<\/p>\n<p>Luego fue el turno de un oficial de la Unidad de Investigaci\u00f3n UGAP, quien al momento de los hechos pertenec\u00eda a la Divisi\u00f3n Homicidios y tuvo intervenci\u00f3n con distintas tareas encomendadas durante la primera etapa de la investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, declar\u00f3 el oficial a cargo del grupo investigativo a partir de la creaci\u00f3n de la Unidad Fiscal, en abril de 2022.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"instagram-media\" style=\"background: #FFF;
